The Environmental Law

It is good to know that there are some laws that provide justice for our environment. Through these environmental laws, our natural resources are now being preserved, protected and taken care of .

A Solution for Pollution

The Clean Air Act.

Through this act, sources of pollution such as vehicles, power plants and other establishments are being screened first making sure that its potential to emit pollution is regulated before its operation. The same goes to the clean water act and ecological solid waste management.

Violation for these laws includes paying a fine of  of not less than P 10,000 not more than P 200,000 for every day of violation Gross Violation has a fine of not less than P 500,000 but not more than P3M per day or imprisonment of not less than six (6) years but not more than ten (10) years or both.

No amount of money can replace the damage we have done to the earth.
But if these money collected from fines and taxes are used in a good way, in an environmentalist way, there is  a chance that we could still stop or somehow prevent the death of our earth.
